We may attempt to verify coverage of your insurance and an estimated patient responsibility. However, it is ultimately the client's responsibility to know their coverage and verify the provider is covered. Any balances will be billed to the card on file, after we receive an invoice from the insurance company. Insurances can sometimes take up to 90 days for reimbursement.

After hours (5pm on & weekends) and play therapy may incur additional charges from the insurance company.

Self-Pay Rates for Counseling

LPC rates: Self-pay rate $180 initial session $120 for a 55 minute session and $180 for a 90 minute session. Family session are $60 for 30 minutes

LPC-Associate: $100 for Initial Evaluation; $80 for a 55 minute session and $100 for 90 minutes  (An LPC Associate is temporarily licensed and working towards full licensure. They are supervised by an LPC-Supervisor). Family sessions are $45 for 30 minutes

Marriage Counseling $180 per 80 minute session

Group Therapy-Vary per type of group $35 per group. This is billed in advance to the card on file.

Life Coaching:

Length of time for each coaching depends upon the area selected. (see life coaching page)

Coaching is three times per month, billed at a monthly rate at the beginning of each month. $400 per month.

EMDR Intensives

EMDR intensives are not covered by insurance. Rate is $250 per 120 minutes

Marital Intensives

Marital intensives are not covered by insurance. Rate is $360 per 3 hour sessions

Psychological Assessment (Testing):

Self Pay: $1260 with half paid prior to testing. Remainder due at time of the results.

Insurance: Coverage based on insurance. If you are meeting a deductible, we require a $450 deposit

LPC Supervision:
$ 75 per week, $50 for group (when available).  In person and online supervision available anywhere in Texas

Play Attention Neurofeedback Program:

Self Pay $60 per 30 minute session. 2 sessions per week. If requiring an hour session it would be $120 per hour.

Can also be done in conjunction with Counseling session.

Other Fees:

Emotional Support Animal: $150 per letter.  Counselor will want to visit with you a few sessions to verify eligibility prior to agreeing to issue a letter. Cost of letter is separate from cost of sessions.

No Show Fee: $100  If you do not cancel in at least 24 hours prior to your visit, you will be charged the no show fee. This will be billed automatically to the card on file.

After 1 No Show, you are removed from the schedule.  If you want to continue, you must call the office and let them know.  You are allowed 1 No Show per month unless therapist terminates treatment.

Court:  We do not accept court cases, outside of foster care children.  If you subpoena a therapist, you will be charged $1500 for court preparation and $480 for each 4 hour increment required to be in the court.

Phone Calls:  We encourage you to save your questions for the session. We also have a secure messaging system you can utilize through our client portal.  Should a therapist be required to speak to you for more than 5 minutes, you will be charged for a session and copays will apply.  Remember, you can always request an emergency phone or telehealth question.

Returned Checks: $25

Letters:  If you need a detailed letter, please speak to your therapist.  Letters are charged at a flat rate of $25.
