I received my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi, and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Dallas.
I believe the client-counselor relationship is one of the most important parts of counseling. My goal is to make you feel safe, heard, and welcome at all times. Counseling is a collaborative experience; I want to work with you.
Life can be stressful. Being kind to yourself and seeking help when needed is so important! Together we can work to develop the coping skills necessary to overcome stressors in your life, and help you get to where you want to be.
I enjoy working with clients of all ages in both group and individual counseling settings. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, grief, PTSD, and more. I accept discounted self-pay rates.
I am supervised by Dr. Diane Herrero.
